Instead, I can provide a superbill that details the services rendered for you to submit to your insurance provider. Depending on your insurance plan and out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for a percentage of the fees once your deductible is met.
I do accept HSA/FSA cards as long as they are from major card brands (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex), and I will provide a superbill identifying services rendered.
